I am in with the school of thought that thinks Power Point is overused and, potentially, a dangerous presentation vehicle.

Its linear nature doesn’t allow for complex and multiple or simultaneous arguments. It too often becomes a crutch for presenters who don’t know their material or worse, haven’t thought through the case they are trying to make.

Here’s another reason.  The audience …especially the important ones… is a whole lot smarter and capable than the tool!
